About Us

We believe that, as human beings, we are members of an implicit compact, a set of rules for how we live together in society, online and offline, in peace and understanding. Among the generally unspoken but essential rules of this compact are:

1. No one should be marginalized, condemned, ridiculed, or discriminated against for practicing legal, consensual behavior.

2. Everyone has the right to pursue happiness.

3. Everyone has a right to privacy.

4. Every human being has a valid claim on our respect and empathy.

For many reasons, members of the fetish community are too often excluded from this agreement. This group is part of a wider social movement to right that wrong. Together, we have these resources:

1. Information to share with outsiders in a respectful, nonjudgmental way.

2. A gathering place for sharing ideas that are often misunderstood outside our community.

3. A guide to effective response, from principles of social interaction to the hows and whys of summoning DeviantArt's administrative regulations.

4. Empathy, support, and care from others who have found themselves subject to harassment from the intolerant.

Together, in a spirit of love and support, we are strong. With information and resolve, we can change the world, or at least the way things are here on dA.

:bulletred: No harassment. Period. Please be polite to everybody within and outside the group. Do NOT flame, troll, insult, spam and generally do NOT act like an angry, mind-less mob. We're not burning witches here, we're here to support rach other and help people deal with harassment and injustice in a way that doesn't breach dA policies.

:bulletred: Submissions should fit the overall theme of the group and have to follow dA policies. Every submitted work will be reviewed and approved by one of the admins in order to prevent spamming and unfit content, but is otherwise not limited (i.e. no daily or weekly submission limit for now).

We occasionally accept images for sharing/posting at the group's site. If you have submitted images but have had them rejected, it's not because the contents or the style have been deemed unworthy or unartistic, but because the group's message must remain straightforward. Images must refer to the purpose of the group: to combat trolls, haters, and ignoramuses who make our lives miserable. We're not a group that simply displays images as illustrations of someone's pet fetish or fantasy. There are lots of fetish display groups at dA who will do that for artists, and FetishVsBullying does not need to compete with them.

:bulletred: Respect the admins. We are trying to be as helpful and tolerant as possible, but there will be no exceptions for intentional breaking of the rules. The last word is always ours and we kindly ask you to respect that. If you have a problem, send us a note. We're here for you.

:bulletred: The rules might be subject to change, which will be always announced with a related journal entry.

In order to give you a follow up on the previous two journals, I kept a close eye on news articles about the DSM-5. Well, it seems there are a lot of people out there who think that it is baaad.

One of those people is the chairman of the DSM-IV task force, Allen Frances, saying:
[T]he best protection against wild over-diagnosis is to ignore DSM-5. It is not official. It is not well done. It is not safe. Don't buy it. Don't use it. Don't teach it.
(You can read his whole article here:…)

Supposedly, with the new edition of the DSM there will be more mentally ill people out there than healthy ones. Some say it is so bad that abnormal will be the new normal (…).

Others started debunking the myths surrounding the manual, explaining the process of how it is created in the first place (…).

To be honest, the bigger the controversy the less I am willing to believe either side. I decided to wait for the DSM-5 to come out and pay those 200 bucks to find out how good or bad it really is, especially regarding the one topic that is considering us kinksters: paraphilias and paraphillic disorders.

Does anyone want to RP? I'm a female looking for either a dom male or a sub female.

I do fandom and original rps.

I ALWAYS write in SCRIPT form. Feel free to roleplay the way you'd like though.

I'm usually very quick with replies.

I can do maleXmale, femXfem, femXmale, intersex/male and EVERYTHING in between.

I love VIOLENCE, CUSSING, ROMANCE/SEXUAL content and just overall DRAMA.

DRUG and ALCOHOL use is awesome.

I don't mind most fetishes, but I WILL NOT DO hardcore Vore, inflation/super fat or shrinking, sexual pregnancy, necrophilia, crazy muscle growth, animals, feet sex, baby sex, mind control, MPreg, farting or just shit or piss related.

I like BDSM. (Kinky bondage shit and masochism and sadism.)

I think slaveXmaster is rad.

I think doctorXnurse and doctorXpatient is rad.

I think teacherXstudent is rad.

I think prisonerXauthoritive figure is rad sometimes.

I don't mind being submissive or dominant in sex scenes. I can easily do both. I'm only submissive with guys though, and I'm mostly only dominant with girls.

I'm cool with sex toys. I feel like they spice up a sex scene.

RAPE has happened in other rps I've done, so I'll say it's okay with me.

PEDOPHELIA has happened in other rps I've done, so I'll say it's okay with me.

INCEST is not preferred, but if you have a good enough idea for it, I'll consider it.

If animals are being played, I will only do anthro/humanoid versions of them. None of that furry/feral shit.

I don't do cannon characters or cannon plots in rps that I do. I might do fandom's, but I like to keep what I do inside the fandom's as original as possible.

I like having some sort of PLOT or OUTLINE, but most of the time it isn't needed if we both warm up to the roleplay really well. Like it kind of just goes where it goes. Also, there's a difference between having a simple plot and planning the entire roleplay out detail by detail. PLEASE DON'T ask for or expect a long, super detailed STORYLINE or something. You won't get it from me.

I'm really going to stress GOOD GRAMMAR and SPELLING, but if you mess up on accident, it's okay. CAPITALIZE things when they need to be capitalized. End of story. Please use PUNCTUATION. Seriously. It looks SO GODDAMN STUPID when people don't use any punctuation and have run on sentences... Also, don't spell things wrong/half-assed on purpose. Like "I luv u", just put " I love you". It's not that hard people!

PLEASE put DETAIL into what your saying. Don't just make your character respond to something like "Oh, I agree. *nods*" because that is a SHIT reply and isn't detailed or anything and I won't RP with people because of that. I mean, put at least a full sentence and a full action in there somewhere.

If anyone is interested, note me. <3
